Delivery Logistics
Thank you for shopping with House of Cascadia! We are proud to offer free delivery with your purchase in the Seattle area (some restrictions apply, see below). We love making connections with our audience so we make the deliveries ourselves, ensuring a personable shopping experience.
We work hard to ensure that the delivery works with your schedule and can accommodate most time slots. Once the sale is complete we will contact you within 24 hours to finalize delivery logistics.

- All sales are final. Please check measurements and make sure that the piece you love will fit in hallways, elevators, around corners, etc.
- Heavier and/or larger pieces may be restricted to front door delivery and noted on the product page if applicable. Otherwise, we are happy to bring it into your home for you.
- Delivery to Portland is available for an additional $250 delivery fee.
- If you live in the surrounding areas of the Pacific Northwest (PNW) but are outside of Seattle or Portland please reach out for a delivery quote BEFORE purchasing.
- At present, our warehouse is not open to the public, and in-person pickups are unavailable.
